Step 1. Before each application, ensure skin is clean, free of any products and completely dry.
Step 2. Cut to desired size
Step 3. Remove adhesive backing & gently apply tape to targeted area. Press bottom of tape firmly to the skin to create a firm anchoring point. Lift and smooth tape, removing any air bubbles. Press firmly to adhere.
Step 4. For maximum effectiveness leave on overnight, or 1-2 hours for a quick fix. To remove, gently peel from skin.
Step 5. Use consistently for best results.

For external use only. Do not apply to sensitised or broken skin. We recommend doing a patch test at least 24 hours prior to use. Not suitable for those with a silicone allergy. If irritation occurs, remove immediately and consult a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach from children. Use suitable sun protection.
