1. Forehead: Use a facial serum, start with the forehead. Apply medium pressure. Glide in an upward motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.

2. Cheeks: Glide in an outwards motion starting from the outer part of the nose up to the ear.

3. Brow area: Glide Gua Sha with very light pressure from the inner corner of eye, along the brow towards the temple and outwards to the hairline.

4. Jawline: Start at your chin & glide up to your ear. Gently massage with the tool to release any jaw tension.

5. Neck area: Glide from base of the neck in an upwards motion towards the jawline.

After use: Wash any serum residue off your Gua Sha with a gentle cleanser and allow to dry.
TIP: Keep your Gua Sha in the fridge for an extra cooling, de-puffing effect.
