1. Gently cleanse face and pat dry. Disinfect roller before & after use with isopropyl alcohol and air dry.

2. Starting with the forehead gently roll in one direction horizontally 4-6 times. Then move to the cheeks and chin.
Avoid delicate eye area and any open wounds.

3. Follow with a hydrating or calming serum.

4. Store in case to avoid damaging roller head.

5. Use once a week, building frequency slowly, up to three times a week.
