Step 1. Before each application, ensure skin is clean, free of any products and completely dry.
Step 2. Remove adhesive backing & gently apply patch to targeted area. Press patch firmly from middle to edges, removing any air bubbles.
Step 3. For maximum effectiveness leave on overnight, or 1-2 hours for a quick fix. To remove, gently peel patch from skin.
Step 4. To keep the patch looking its best, rinse with warm water after every 2-3 uses. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or soaps when rinsing.
Step 5. Allow patch to air dry. Do not use a towel to dry patch.
Step 6. Place back on cover ready for next use. Use consistently for best results.

For external use only. Do not apply to sensitised or broken skin. We recommend doing a patch test at least 24 hours prior to use. Not suitable for those with a silicone allergy. If irritation occurs, remove immediately and consult a healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach from children. Use suitable sun protection.
