Giveaway Period: Opens Monday 1st Dec, 2025 and closes 11:59pm Dec 4th, 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

Eligibility:
Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18+ only. Employees of the Promoter are ineligible.

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow @skincontrol on Instagram and TikTok
2. Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post. (they must be following us on both platforms too)
3.  Share the post to your story for an extra entry
   Profiles must be public at the time of draw for verification. No purchase necessary.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by random draw at 9:00am on 5th Dec, 2025. The winner will be notified via direct message from the official @skincontrolau Instagram account within 3 business days. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize or a redraw may occur.

Verification:
The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, and residency to confirm eligibility. If required information is not provided, the entry may be deemed invalid.

Publicity:
By entering, participants agree that their name/Instagram handle may be announced publicly if they win.

General:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues (including entries not received due to Instagram outages).
